Welcome to Vin2Reg, accessible via our mobile applications ("App") and website Vin2Reg.com ("Site"). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our services. By using Vin2Reg, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Service Overview
Vin2Reg provides two main services: (a) a "Vehicle Lookup" service that attempts to match a VIN or Registration Number to vehicle data, and (b) a "Vehicle Finance Check" that checks for outstanding finance agreements on a vehicle.
- No Guarantee of Results
Our services rely on data from third-party sources. We do not guarantee that every query will return a result or that the data will be free of errors. Some vehicles—including new registrations, imports, or those with incomplete records—may not be found.
- Our "No Find, No Fee" Guarantee for Vehicle Lookups
For our pay-as-you-go "Vehicle Lookup" service, if we fail to find the primary corresponding identifier (i.e., a VIN for a registration search, or a registration for a VIN search), you are entitled to our guarantee. We will provide a 100% discount coupon for a future search. Alternatively, you may contact our support team to request a full refund for that specific failed order.
- Vehicle Finance Check Service
The Finance Check is a separate product. The fee for this service is for the execution of the check against a third-party database. This fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether finance is found or not.
- Mobile Applications and API
Our mobile applications may use a secure API to communicate with our services. Use of the mobile apps is subject to these same Terms of Service.
- Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Vin2Reg. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
- Proper Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity, or any use that may damage or disrupt the platform.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vin2Reg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
- No Affiliation with Government Bodies
Vin2Reg is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government agency.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
